4. Is there any minimum period of renting the Gadgets and appliances?

Yes, there is a minimum renting period to cover cost of the gadget. The period can be extended further by contacting our customer care team 2 weeks prior to the end of the contract. 5. Why do I have to a pay online for the Gadgets & appliances?

On booking confirmation, Rentztap purchases the requested device for you. We provide upgrade to the customers when new version is released in market and take back the old version and expect the products are returned in a good condition.

6. I am a house owner, how can I benefit from this?

Owning a house gives an advantage of faster processing of order.

7. Can I purchase the gadgets & appliances and still get upgrade choice?

This is a rental to ownership offering and therefore, you can purchase the products. However, if you wish to pay at once for entire rental contract, You are always eligible for upgrade, for any query we are happy to serve you.

How does your website work? Can I complete an application online and have product delivered to me?

Yes! Once you find the item you want, you can book the product. Once the back office receives that information, they will contact you at your convenience within 2 business days. What if I want to pay off an item early?

What if I have to make a late payment?

Need a little help? No worries. If you ever need to make a late payment, simply contact the manager of your RENTZTAP as soon as possible - we'll be happy to work with you!

What if I need to return an item or I can no longer make my payments?

Unforeseen things happen, and RENTZTAP understands. At any time, you can return your product and simply freeze your payments. Then when you're ready, you have the freedom to come back and get the same or comparable item, and pick up your payments right where you left off. Every payment you make at RENTZTAP is fully protected.

What if my item breaks?

If an item breaks because of any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. If offsite repairs are needed, we'll even give you a loaner while you wait. Moreover All products are insured so no worries.
